We are committed to providing you with the highest quality frozen meat products. All products are carefully handled and maintained at proper temperatures throughout storage and delivery.
Perishable Products Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen meat and food products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered or picked up. All sales are final upon receipt of goods.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will require:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Temperature Concerns
If your product arrives thawed or at an unsafe temperature, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery/pickup) with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
