At IslandMarket.shop, we offer convenient delivery and pickup options for our premium frozen poultry and lamb products throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Delivery Options

We offer two fulfillment methods:

1. Local Pickup

  • Available for store pick up and working through our process with the neighbor islands
  • Orders are ready for pickup within 2 business days from the date of order
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your pickup location, date, and time
  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID
  • Pickup must occur during the scheduled time window to ensure product quality

2. Delivery Service

  • Available only on Oahu but working through our process with the neighbor islands
  • Standard delivery: 2 business days from the date of order
  • All products are shipped frozen with appropriate insulation and cooling materials
  • Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure product is received promptly

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for pickup or shipped.

Delivery Information

At checkout, you must provide complete delivery information including:

  • Full delivery address or preferred pickup location
  • Contact phone number
  • Any special delivery instructions

Product Care

Our frozen products are packaged with insulated materials to maintain proper temperature during transit. Upon receipt:

  • Inspect your order immediately
  • Transfer products to your freezer as soon as possible
  • If products arrive thawed or at unsafe temperatures, contact us within 2 hours with photographic evidence

Delivery Areas

We currently serve mainly Oahu but working through our process for delivery on the neighbor islands. Specific delivery schedules may vary by location.

You will receive email notifications with tracking information (for deliveries) or pickup confirmation (for pickups) once your order is ready.
